FAQ
- How do I invite friends? Create a pact and send the 6-letter invite code. Your friends enter it in + → Join with code.
- I forgot to check in. Once a pact's deadline passes (including any grace time), that day counts as missed and you lose a life.
- Screen Time won't connect. Make sure Screen Time is on in Settings and that Screen Time is linked on the pact screen. Even without it, you can stamp the next morning with a screenshot of Screen Time.
- I got a new phone. If you linked your Apple ID, sign in with Apple on the new phone and pick up where you left off. Guest accounts can't be moved.
- How do I cancel Plus? Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > StampPact Plus.
- What happens when I delete my account? App > Me > Delete account. All your records and photos are deleted.
- How do I report a check-in or a friend? Report from the … menu on a check-in, or block someone from the members list.
